This year Heneiken Lagos Fashion Design Week was a grand success as designers kept 'waooowing' the audience with unique designs. By the fourth day, it became obvious that the industry have many promising young designers that will eventually change the landscape of the fashion business.
The event which ended over the weekend was unique as outstanding Alumnus were given awards at the conclusion of the successful event:
Mai Atafo - Menswear designer of the year
Maki Oh - Womenswear designer of the year
Zashadu - Accessories designer of the year
Ejiro Amos - Outstanding Emerging designer of the year
Kelvin Godson - Outstanding Model of the year
